I was referred to Jay Sallstrom by a friend who said that he was a real “go-getter”. I reached out to Jay as we had found a home to purchase; however, an agent from a different company was not meeting our standards and securing the sale. After reaching out to Jay, he was timely, organized, helpful, meticulous, and respectful. He walked me through the house we wanted to purchase and asked about my thoughts on what I wanted with each part of the house. He provided me with comps for the neighborhood and put together a plan. He then laid out the comps for the house I would need to sell and made it very clear what we would be doing moving forward. Jay was responsive to every little question that I had. Jay went above and beyond in securing this home purchase. Jay also provided his moving trailer at no cost to move larger items from our home. He offered to remove snow as well for the house we were selling. Jay is detail-oriented and knows exactly what it takes to be a great realtor. I would 100% recommend him to anyone interested in selling or buying a home. You will not regret hiring him!
